Wind through the most beautiful roads in the Southeast
Cherokee Foothills Scenic Highway
SC Highway 11 winds through the Blue Ridge foothills past state parks, farms, and mountain views. One of the most celebrated scenic byways in the Southeast.
Start at the intersection of US-29 and SC-11 near Gaffney and head northwest. The route passes through Cowpens, Chesnee, Gaffney, and through the Blue Ridge foothills toward Walhalla. Follow SC-11 signs throughout — no highway changes needed.
Jocassee Gorges Loop
A stunning loop through the Jocassee Gorges with lake overlooks and waterfall trailheads. Passes Devils Fork State Park and the Lake Jocassee overlook.
Begin in Salem, SC and take SC-130 toward Devils Fork State Park. Continue along Jocassee Lake Road and loop back via SC-11. Watch for the Lake Jocassee overlook pulloffs and the waterfall trailheads along the way.
